Payment and Refund

Payment Policy

UNET accepts payments through secure online systems (credit/debit card, e-banking). Payment is required for service activation. Invalid or incomplete payments may delay activation. New prices apply upon service renewal if there has been a price change.

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only for services that have not been started or activated. Domains and registered services are non-refundable after activation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via ticket system or email. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from approval of the request.

Payment Security

All online payments are protected with SSL encryption. UNET does not store credit/debit card data on its servers. Payments are processed through certified and trusted payment systems. Users should keep their login credentials secure and not share them with third parties.
