NOTE:

The registrant is responsible for notifying the registrar through whom the domain is registered of any changes to the data recorded in the Registry, within 8 days by written or electronic means, using the registrant's email address recorded in the Registry.

The registrant is liable for any potential infringement of intellectual property (copyright, industrial property, and other protections according to applicable regulations), as well as for any damage resulting from such infringement, arising from the domain registration process or domain usage.

The registrant is responsible for the accuracy of the data in the request and for the authenticity of the documentation attached to the request.
